日本語でいうと顔文字的に、「ぷん　ぷん」（怒った様子）とか「ぶーぶー」（ふくれた様子）くらいの
ニュアンスだと思われます。
辞書的に訳すとふくれっ面、ということですが、
その様子が様々な言葉でつづられます。
で、最後に！
自分が変わって世界が変わる、というメッセージが、
このような形で表現物になることに感動しました。
